Quite A Pear

2 lemon wedges muddled
1/4 ounce black raspberry liqueur
1.5 ounce Mandarin Heat
Top off with hard pear cider
Serve in highball glass on the rocks
Garnish with pear and float a blackberry

Juanita "Margarita's Spicier Sister"

1 oounce fresh lime juice
1 ounce fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 ounce agave nectar
2 ounces Mandarin Heat
2 ounces good tequila blanco
2 ounces water
Put all ingredients in an ice-filled shaker,
give it a good shake, strain into a salt-
rimmed Margarita glass
Garnish with lemon and lime slice

The Traveler

1 ounce Mandarin Heat
1 ounce Jameson
Splash of Frangelico
Squeeze of lime
Shake on the rocks
Serve in a tumbler or rocks glass
Garnish with lime twist

Twisted Ginny

2 ounces premium gin
1 ounce Mandarin Heat
Juice of 1 lime
Tonic water
Serve on the rocks, top with tonic water
Serve in a highball glass
Garnish with lime

The Angry Ginger

2 ounces Native Heat
1 ounce intense ginger
or other ginger liqueur
Server on the rocks in rocks glass
Garnish with a piece of candy ginger

Alley Cat

2 lemon wedges muddled

Top off with hard apple cider
Serve in a highball glass on the rocks
Garnish with a green apple slice and
float a raspberry

Dirty Brazilian

3 limes muddled
2 ounces pineapple muddled
1 spoon raw sugar
2 ounces Native Heat
1 ounce pineapple juice
Place in shaker with ice
Serve in rocks glass, Top off with soda
Garnish with fresh pineapple slice and lime

Spicy Mojito

3 limes
3-5 mint leaves
2 spoons raw sugar or 2 brown sugar cubes
2 ounces Native Heat
Muddle mint, lime and sugar in shaker
Add ice and Native Heat.  Shake and pour into
highball glass and top with soda
Garnish with fresh mint leaves

The Lipstick Nomad

1 ounce Native Heat
1 ounce white rum
2 ounces mango puree
1 ounce lime juice
Top off with pineapple juice
Place in shaker, shake well
Serve in highball glass on the rocks
Float some grenadine
Garnish with fresh tropical fruit (dragon
fruit, star fruit or mango and a lime slice)

The French Revolution

1/4 ounce Chartreuse liqueur
Juice of 1 lemon
2 ounces Mandarin Heat
Shake with ice.  Discard ice
Serve in Martini glass
Garnish with lemon twist and
dried Chile de arbol

Sienna Sunset

2 ounces Mandarin Heat
Artisanal ginger ale or
high quality ginger beer
3 dashes high quality bitters
Splash of grenadine
Serve on the rocks in highball glass
Garnish with tangerine slice or orange
